(Additional hours needed are billed at $35/hour.) Caravel hosting sites require a contribution of $129/year. With a Core Caravel site, churches and organizations can create a complex web site using the core version of our Caravel content management system. Included in the Core Caravel CMS are the following features: up to 8 web access and email accounts, more access to features, more security options and the ability to choose a custom domain name for the site and for email.

In the spirit of community, the Technology Development Co-op develops additional services to support its members, spreading the cost so that each individual member pays less. For a contribution of $250/year Technology Development Co-op Supporting Members receive information about, and can provide input into new applications and services being developed. Supporting Members have some additional membership privileges. Tech Co-op members support the development of core feature applications to be used in the Core Caravel version, and also support the development of advanced feature applications only availble to Tech Co-op members. They can take advantage of an integrated web structure that include both Custom and Caravel pages. In addition, they are entitled 25+ accounts for web access and email, as well as support for a custom domain name. By joining the Technology Development Co-op, Supporting Members provide the backbone of Mennonite.net and Caravel’s support. They enable Mennonite.net to continue to provide cutting-edge services to Tech Co-op members and Caravel users.

This package is our way of helping you to maintain a really great web site! Once a quarter, the Mennonite.net staff will review your site for any errors and design flaws and make suggestions for enhanced use of Caravel features. Hours can also cover minor design changes, additional training for your staff or volunteers, or fixing errors on your site.

This package with its additional $100 discount can be ordered once at the outset of a more extensive project.
