Welcome to Mennonite.net!

Mennonite.net was founded in 1998 with a vision for helping Mennonite churches and organizations develop an effective web presence.

Today, Mennonite.net provides Mennonite and other congregations and organizations with quality personalized services:

  • Web hosting for both custom and content managed systems
  • Membership in a Technology Co-operative utilizing our open source Caravel content management system.
  • Web design and maintenance services
  • E-mail services.

Content Management + Technology Co-ops = Sustainable Technology Infrastructure

Mennonite.net has developed the Caravel™ Content Management System and Technology Development Co-ops that form the cornerstones of a sustainable churchwide technology infrastructure. Content Management reduces costs and lowers barriers for organizations wanting to maintain an effective web presence.  Technology Development Co-ops provide technological and organizational infrastructure for collaboration and sharing of technology resources.

With these foundational services in place, the stage is set for rapid progress on the web at all levels of the church. To learn more about where we're headed with thes e services, check out this site and the official Caravel TM site .
